Here are a Few of our Regular Partnerships
with Local Restaurants and Purveyors of Fine Foods
Where to Purchase Our Cheese: San Antonio Metro
Larder at Hotel Emma: A full service provisions shop in the lobby of the beautiful Hotel Emma at The Pearl. Larder carries a fine selection of prepared foods, wine and beer, jarred and packaged items, and of course, cheese. You'll find our River Whey cheeses and our Whey Cajeta here.
Blue Star Provisions - Southtown, San Antonio: A fabulous boutique grocery and provisions store in the Blue Star complex. Super convenient to just drop by and pick up a few special items for dinner.
Farm Connection: Join the farm club (similar to a co-op) for only $20 a year and get access to many local and organic foods including meat, dairy, and produce. Conveniently located near the Medical Center in San Antonio and now with a second location in Boerne. Be sure to pick up a wedge or two of our cheeses!
Smoke Shack Meat Market - on Broadway, San Antonio: An amazing place to go and buy the best meat in town. Ribs, steaks, pork, you name it . . . from the likes of Dean and Peeler, Parker Creek Ranch, and Peaceful Pork . . . only the very best. Now you can pick up our cheeses there too! What a great destination shop.
Where to Purchase Our Cheese: Austin & Hill Country
Antonelli's Cheese Shop - Austin: We are so pleased to have our cheeses available in the Austin market. If you ever make a trip up to our capital city, stop in and sample some amazing cheeses and pick up a wedge of ours! Antonelli’s has two locations: the flagship shop in Hyde Park and now their second location at Fareground on Congress Avenue.
Stanzeski's Cheese, Wine, and Charcuterie - Georgetown: A new specialty food shop that carries beer, wine, cheese (of course!), cured meats, and lots of other yummy things to go with them. Stop in and see Chester and Jan Stanzeski, they will steer you in the right direction!
The Market at Bridget’s Basket, Hunt: This farm shop and market carries many of our favorite local products. Grab some fresh eggs, honey, local meat, and some of our Texas cheese. Pick up a casserole for dinner and some craft beer and you’re all set.
Where to Purchase Our Cheese: Other Cities
Scardello’s Cheese Shop - Dallas, Texas:
St. James Cheese Shop, New Orleans: You can finally find our cheeses outside of Texas when you travel! If you are heading down to NOLA, stop in at St. James Cheese Shop and say hello.
Hattie and Hazels Deli and Market, Beeville: If you live south of San Antonio, you can find our cheese in Beeville, Texas! Stop in and see Hattie and Hazel and grab a bite to eat on your travels. Located on Bowie Street in downtown Beeville, Hattie and Hazels is a destination for good old fashioned down home food.
Our Production Partners
Four E Dairy: This is where we get our beautiful Raw Milk! We drive down to see Gene and Elyse every Monday and purchase our milk for the week. They have a gorgeous herd of Jersey cows and an amazing farm operation. If you are interested in purchasing Raw Milk for yourself, please see them. They have a farm stand on the property that is open to the public.
Zanzenberg Farm: Zanzenberg Farm is a family owned-operated, pasture-based, local-market farm with education outreach. They are located in Kerr County right along the Guadalupe River in Center Point, Texas. They produce non-gmo, corn & soy free pastured pork and poultry while utilizing a holistic approach to pasture management, grazing and planning. River Whey has plenty of leftover whey from the cheesemaking, so Zanzenberg Farm comes by to pick it up and then supports their herd on our whey. You can purchase their pork at the Kerrville Farmers Market. We are so fortunate to have such great partnerships within our local food community.
Holdman Honey: We are proud to use Holdman Honey in our Award Winning St. Clements. David and Susan Holdman run a family bee operation and are fellow vendors at the Historic Pearl Farmers Market with us. They are located in nearby Seguin, Texas.
These restaurants, hotels, and winery tasting rooms serve River Whey Creamery cheese.
