Here are a Few of our Regular Partnerships
with Local Restaurants and Purveyors of Fine Foods
Where to Purchase Our Cheese
Larder at Hotel Emma: A full service provisions shop in the lobby of the beautiful Hotel Emma at The Pearl. Larder carries a fine selection of prepared foods, wine and beer, jarred and packaged items, and of course, cheese. You'll find our River Whey cheeses here.
Blue Star Provisions - Southtown, San Antonio: A fabulous boutique grocery and provisions store in the Blue Star complex. Super convenient to just drop by and pick up a few special items for dinner.
Antonelli's Cheese Shop - Austin: We are so pleased to have our cheeses available in the Austin market. If you ever make a trip up to the Capitol, stop in and sample some amazing cheeses and pick up a wedge of ours!
Stanzeski's Cheese, Wine, and Charcuterie - Georgetown: A new specialty food shop that carries beer, wine, cheese (of course!), cured meats, and lots of other yummy things to go with them. Stop in and see Chester and Jan Stanzeski, they will steer you in the right direction!
Our Production Partners
Four E Dairy: This is where we get our beautiful Raw Milk! We drive down to see Gene and Elyse every Monday and purchase our milk for the week. They have a gorgeous herd of Jersey cows and an amazing farm operation. If you are interested in purchasing Raw Milk for yourself, please see them. They have a farm stand on the property that is open to the public.
Zanzenberg Farm: Zanzenberg Farm is a family owned-operated, pasture-based, local-market farm with education outreach. They are located in Kerr County right along the Guadalupe River in Center Point, Texas. They produce non-gmo, corn & soy free pastured pork and poultry while utilizing a holistic approach to pasture management, grazing and planning. River Whey has plenty of leftover whey from the cheesemaking, so Zanzenberg Farm comes by to pick it up and then supports their herd on our whey. You can purchase their pork at the Kerrville Farmers Market. We are so fortunate to have such great partnerships within our local food community.
Holdman Honey: We are proud to use Holdman Honey in our Award Winning St. Clements. David and Susan Holdman run a family bee operation and are fellow vendors at the Historic Pearl Farmers Market with us. They are located in nearby Seguin, Texas.
Talking Tree Farm: Our newest summer cheese is made with fresh arugula, harvested by hand each week at the farm. Talking Tree is a Permaculture Project specializing in using the land in a totally sustainable and long lasting way. They grow nasturtiums among the artichokes, and berry vines among the fruit trees. This kind of farming lets one kind of plant support another with little tending. You can buy their produce at the Pearl Farmers Market.
These restaurants serve River Whey Creamery cheese.
