Tour & Tasting Days
Come visit us in Schertz, TX! See our facilities, taste our World Class Cheese and buy some wedges to take home with you! We offer our Tour & Tasting Days the first Sunday of every month. You can choose from two different time slots; 10:00-11:30 am or 12:00-1:30 pm. Tickets are only $10 per person and kids under 10 years old are free! Group Tours
We love showing off our creamery and can work with you and your group to make it happen. We offer group tours for all sorts of groups-church groups, homeschool students, work events, wine/book clubs etc. Group Tours include a tour of both facilities (including our caves), tasting all of our cheeses and an overview of cheesemaking and all things River Whey! Tickets are $20.00/ person ($10.00 for students) and tours usually last about 1.5 - 2 hours. Group must be a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 24 people. Curated Tastings
Our next level of tour includes a fully curated, five course, sit down tasting that includes our cheeses in fun, unique ways. We can design a tasting that is perfect for your groups likes and you can even choose a theme! This tasting also includes a tour of both facilities and an opportunity to buy our cheeses, so you can try to recreate any of the pairings you taste at home! Wine Tasting/ Dinner Pairing
Finally, we offer full event options for wine dinner pairings. This would be a private event tailored to your wishes- a birthday celebration, anniversary, or group get-together. Pricing is dependent on ingredients, number of courses, and beverage options. We can do dinners by theme - chocolate and cheese, wine and cheese, beer and cheese - whatever you can come up with, we can make it happen!
